1. Nature of Service
Charge The Coast LLC is a lead generation and consultation platform. We are NOT a licensed electrical contractor. We do not perform electrical work, nor do we employ the individuals who perform the installations.
2. No Warranty of Work
While we vet partners for licenses and insurance at the time of onboarding, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the work performed by third-party contractors. Any dispute regarding installation must be resolved directly with the contractor's insurance carrier.
3. Rebate Disclaimer
We provide guidance on utility rebates (e.g., $1,500 PSE&G/ACE credits) and federal tax credits. However, final approval is at the sole discretion of the utility provider or government agency. We are not responsible for denied rebate applications.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate photos of your electrical equipment. Providing false information may result in inaccurate quotes or denied service.
5. TCPA & FCC Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive communications (calls/texts) from Charge The Coast LLC and our matched partners. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP."
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by NJ and PA law, Charge The Coast LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or the services of our partners.
